For sensitive forms (such as job applications), your IP address is collected solely for fraud and bot prevention and is stored as an HMAC-SHA-256 hash with a server-side salt, never as the raw address. The hash is not reversible to the original IP and is automatically deleted after 90 days. Under Article 12 of the LGPD, salted hashes of this kind qualify as anonymized data and fall outside the scope of "personal data".
If other categories of personal data become necessary, we will request them under an appropriate legal basis and, when required, will ask for your consent.
