Does the PM Run app work offline?
Yes. The technician executes the order, fills in the checklist and attaches the photo without signal. When the connection returns, the app syncs the order and the time confirmation with SAP PM. Offline work requires a prior sync of the base data.
Does PM Run Mobility replace SAP PM?
No. PM Run runs on top of SAP PM: the order, the notification and the confirmation stay in SAP, and the app takes that flow to the technician's phone.
Which devices and languages does the app support?
Android and iOS, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Can you attach evidence to the order?
Yes. The technician attaches a photo from the camera or the gallery, and the file goes to SAP with the confirmation. Attachments cover images and PDF, not video.
Is there a free work order template?
